I started this feeling highly anxious and having a panic attack, but gained a new perspective on anxiety and panic; and eventually the panic attack stopped whilst I watched the videos. Something I will use and take with me daily whenever I feel anxiety and panic. Although admittedly, it won’t be easy, but it’s a step in the right direction
